PLEASE CHECK YOU HAVE ENOUGH MEDICATION TO COVER THIS WEEK.

WE WILL BE UNABLE TO PREBOOK ANY APPOINTMENTS FROM THE 8^TH FEBRUARY UNTIL 16^TH FEBRUARY.

ALL APPOINTMENTS WILL BE BOOKED ON THE DAY.

The aim of your medical practice is to provide you with general medical services of professional quality which is related to your personal and individual needs.

You can expect to have privacy and confidentiality and to be treated in a courteous and caring manner by all members of the team at all times and to see your own medical records, subject to limitations within the law and discussion with your doctor.

We provide medical services for patients living in Creswell, Whitwell, Clowne, Langwith, Whaley Thorns, Welbeck, Norton and Cuckney and all the surrounding villages.

We operate a same day appointment system. Please ring as early as possible. You will be offered an appointment for that day. We offer a number of pre bookable appointments every day except the day after a Bank holiday.  We always try to keep your appointment to time but you will be informed by a receptionist if waiting is prolonged because of emergencies.

We hope to use our surgery website as a way of presenting all our patients with an up to date resource for all information relating to our practice. We will keep it current with any news, developments & details that are relevant to the practice & our patients.
