Based at the HUB at the Technique Stadium, we are a small group of professional link workers who have a passion for supporting young people to achieve their full potential and thrive within their communities.
We are dedicated to providing an excellent Social Prescribing service for 11-18yr olds (19-25 with additional needs) in the Chesterfield, Bolsover and North Hardwick areas.
